我在智联招聘网上给卓越亚马逊投了一份简历，目前刚刚通过第一轮的面试，正在等回复。我自己感觉面试情况还不错，就是对自己的英语口语不是特别自信。同时我也了解到亚马逊对这个职位的要求。编程语言是C++方面的，他们对算法和编程规范要求比较严格，还有对一些数据库及编程环境等概念的理解也有较高的要求。这次亚马逊招聘的职位主要是向美国做汇报的，有海外发展的空间。这也是比较吸引我的地方，为了这个目标，我还得进一步加强我的英语口语能力。总得来说，亚马逊是世界500强的公司，美国风格的企业文化，薪资待遇也在同类企业中上水平，是我这种技术型工程师一个很好的发展平台，他们这次招聘的人员需要比较多，同行的兄弟有兴趣可以去网上看看他们的招聘广告，是个很好的发展机会，在此和大家分享一下~~~~~~~ 我把招聘信息给复制下来了，大家看一下！ 卓越亚马逊招聘软件工程师及软件研发经理职位本职位工作地点设于北京，负责亚马逊美国电子商务平台运作的相关工作，向美国TPM直接汇报。职位要求如下：Software Developer (SDEI)

• Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems.
• Extensive experience programming in C++/Java/perl with strong design skills.
• Experience in relational database design and application development. Exposure in system performance optimization and scaling.
• Significant development experience in a Unix/Linux environment.
• Proficient in English: both in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of XML web services, and agile development methodologies desired.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of work experience preferred

 Software Developer Manager

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. English fluency is strongly desired.
• Strong leader capable of motivating and energizing the very best software engineers. Ability to manage a team of 6-10 software engineers, including task planning and code reviews.
• Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation and capable of "rolling-up sleeves and getting hands dirty."
• Proven ability to share knowledge with more junior team members through formal mentoring, code reviews, design reviews, technical talks, classes, or as a project consultant.
• Broad knowledge of C++ and Java in a Linux/Unix environment as well as agile software development methodologies and Scrum. Familiarity with distributed systems, asynchronous messaging and web issues is desired
• 5-10 years experience (including time working towards advanced degrees and/or experience).
• CS degree strongly preferred.
