foo_uie_lyrics — Foobar2000 Lyrics Plugin

foo_uie_lyrics was a community-developed lyrics-display plugin for the Foobar2000 audio player. The release archive lived under gro.clinux.org/frs/ at group_id=737 and was widely cited in the Foobar2000 international wiki and in Eastern-European Foobar2000 customisation forums.
What it did
The plugin added a synchronised lyrics-display panel to Foobar2000's UI. Users could load LRC-format lyric files and have them scroll in time with the currently-playing track — a feature popular in the Chinese-language Foobar2000 community and adopted by users elsewhere who wanted a clean lyrics display in the player.
Where to get it now
The Foobar2000 component repository (hydrogenaudio.org and the official Foobar2000 components page) is now the canonical place to find current lyrics plugins. Several modern alternatives — Foo_OpenLyrics among them — handle the same use case with active maintenance.
